Newsflash: We have moved!

Welcome to our new home at Level 2, 45 Mt Wellington Highway. short drive from our old site and is easily accessible with a bus stop nearby. We thank you for your patience and look forward to caring for you in our new, modern and purpose built space! 

The front entrance to the building has a number of steps. Accessible access is via a ramp next to the Golf Warehouse.  Please follow the signs. 

There is dedicated marked medical centre parking and nearby disabled parking.
