    If you have any important medical documents or past records, please bring these with you. We can then check what records we need or take a brief summary.
  • Enrol in the patient portal
    We are keen to share you medical notes, results, immunisations and medication lists with you. This can be very helpful when you visit a specialist, travel out of the area, wish to view past test results or want to track your progress as you work on improving your health.   • Update your contact details
    Please let us know as soon as you move or change phone numbers. We often need to get in touch with you between appointments to remind you about recalls or follow up test results or hospital requests.
  • Are you taking new patients?
